How to register as Buyer?

There is a Log In / Register icon on top corner of the screen. Click it and follow the registration process.

What is the Buyer benefit?

Once you register as buyer we will credit RM2 into your wallet account. You may use it to purchase any item on marketplace.

What happen if we did not receive the item?

We guarantee full refund if you did not receive your purchased item.

Can we withdraw the money in jomwallet?

Yes you may withdraw your money from jomwallet at any time. We will credit the amount into your Bank Account

Can buyer contact the Vendor directly?

Yes. You may contact the vendor through Live Chat or detail provided by the vendor store

SHIPPING

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Depend on seller. Seller may choose any type of shipping to deliver the product. In future buyer will be able to choose type of shipping based on shipping price.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we do ot allowed international buyer to purchase item on our website

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If the product is located outside malaysia such as china, it will take up to 22 days In the event the product is located in Malaysia it may take up to 5 days

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept bank transfer and direct debit. We suggest you to purchase product by using your jomwallet. Every time you top up amount in your jomwallet. We will add 2% of the top up amount into your wallet. For example if you top up RM100 we will credit RM102 to your wallet account. Cap at RM2 per person per day.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. We guarantee full refund in the event you did not receive the product

Can I withdraw my Jomwallet?

Yes. You may withdraw your wallet balance any time after you made your first purchase

Order & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes you may. Please contact the seller before the seller ship the product. In the event the product is already shipped you are no longer allowed to change it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. In the event you do not have an account we will create one for you at the check out page.

How Do I Track My Order?

Login to your account. Detail of your purchase will appear with courier tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

In the event you receive wrong product or damage product please return it to the seller for an exchange or full refund.

Vendor

How to register as Vendor?

Please go to our Vendor registration page and fill in your detail as vendor. Upload your detail such as your NRIC or SSM detail to enable us to approve you as our Vendor.

How much do you charge for listing product?

Currently we do not charge any fees for listing a product for sale on our platform.

How much do you charge the Vendor?

For every successful sale we charge 2% transaction fees and 2% commission fees. Total we charge 4% of the selling price.

When do you pay the Vendor?

Previously We will credit the sale to Vendor Malaysia Bank Account every wednesday. Now the Vendor must request to withdrawal their money by using withdrawal button. Withdrawal can be request anytime.
